● Project Description
This BIM package presents a fully coordinated commercial and recreational complex developed through close collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEP teams. The project reflects a real-world BIM workflow with coordinated modeling, interdisciplinary integration, and construction-oriented standards. The TISA 1 Commercial & Recreational Complex is located in Kish Island, Iran, with an approximate total area of 66,000 square meters. All major disciplines have been fully modeled to support coordination, clash detection, and quantity-based outputs.
● Architectural Scope• Architectural modeling developed to LOD 300• Interior and exterior architectural elements included• Commercial and recreational layouts prepared for coordination and presentation
● Structural Scope• Structural modeling developed to LOD 300• Concrete and framing systems accurately modeled• Fully coordinated with architectural and MEP models
● MEP Scope• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems modeled to LOD 300• Coordinated HVAC, electrical, and plumbing layouts• Optimized for interdisciplinary integration
● Clash Detection & Coordination• Interdisciplinary clash detection performed• Architectural, structural, and MEP conflicts resolved• Coordination meetings supported by BIM models
● BIM Outputs & Deliverables• Coordinated BIM models for all disciplines• Quantity takeoff and cost estimation based on model data• Presentation-ready models and render outputs
