This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This building contains 153 apartments! Two-bedroom and single-bedroom apartments. There is a central atrium containing a pool and hot tub. There is a central fountain and artificial hills. The stairwells are on all 4 corners. There is an observation deck on the 8th floor. There are 5 elevator shafts and handicap access ramps. There are 4 open apartment models each with a distinct floor plan. Simply turn off the roof layer. Also, to see the building with all of her majestic bueaty, TURN OFF LINE PROFILES. Each apartment has its own storage closet just outside the entrance door of the apartment (However, there are storage spaces one can buy with their apartment under the building). The kitchens are kept simple but are complete and include a pantry next to the refrigerator. There is laundry in each one of the apartments. (FYI: the blocks of space within the walls are not wasted space but are cable and tube conduits which are much needed!). My personal recommendation is to view the artisan apartment in the front. It has cool diagonal walls and has a diagonal extrusion off the living room, perfect as multi-purpose space next to a half bath.
