The Condor project consists of six floors, with a low eight apartments. The complex is modern, light and transparent. With its wide raging wings shows the apartment building a striking resemblance to the majestic condor hovering over the peaks of the Andes. This bird is one of the largest in the world. The Condor is off the ground, with the difference that the building on solid high pillars. The kink in the middle of the wings are the entrance and elevators. A special detail of the building are the rounded corners, making it look like the balcony and gallery fences hurl themselves around the building. Between the pillars are the parking spaces. For every house is one parking space available. The parking level is laid out slightly recessed, giving a spatial effect.
