The Overall Concept This asset is a sleek, two-story modern residence. It uses a box-on-box design, popular in contemporary architecture, where different sections of the house look like stacked geometric shapes to create a stylish silhouette.
Structural Black Beam Separating the ground floor from the upper level is a thick, black metal band (fascia). This horizontal feature wraps tightly around the corner, visually breaking up the red brick and adding a bold industrial accent to the design.
Floating Brick Upper The ground floor is constructed almost entirely of dark glass, while the top floor is solid heavy brick. This architectural trick makes the massive upper story look like it is floating weightlessly above the foundation.
Seamless Corner Windows On both levels, the windows meet specifically at the building's corner without a support pillar. This glass-to-glass join offers an uninterrupted panoramic view and is a signature mark of high-quality engineering.
