This is a contemporary open plan 3 bedroomed house with a kitchen and dinning linked to an exterior verandah and a master suite with exterior verandah , garage , workers' quarters with hidden roof usable for solar energy collection with a concrete gutter.This project was done using archicad and lumion as a rendering engine to produce the impressions and animation.All this is seated on a 25m by 23m plot.
