i needed a curbstone for a game jam, but i didn't find any i like, so i did 4 variants by myself.
all are game ready, lowpoly.
you can also grab sculpts from separate file, which you can find in my store on this website.

textures 2k: color, roughness, normal ogl.

AO is baked into color map, so if you need clear albedo, you can bake from the source material, which is included.
