All files are delivered in .blend, textures are baked in interior scene 1-4, separated texture file for the rest of the models.

After purchase there are no restrictions on usage of the models or textures. Use the scenes as they are as background for streaming, as a part of an movie or any animations or games. Only restriction are directly reselling the files as they are, if you modify the scenes and make them your own, I dont mind :)

Regarding polys, there are variations. Most of the interior scenes are high-poly as they are dense with detail and amount of models included.
