davit crane manually rotated with a bar and manually lock with a "T" pin and manual winch. 1/4 plugs greaser on top bearing ring to grease the center between bearing ring, 1/4 plugs for greaser hole of the crane base to grease pipe inside to help rotation. snatch block with shackle.
