This is a vase with a diamond pattern on the surface. Note the vase is filled by default so to print it you should specify no infill and no top layers when slicing. Otherwise you will get a solid object. Use the number of wall layers to specify how thick you want the walls. Three layers should be enough to make a good vase. It will print just fine without support.
