Nice topology as shown in preview images. Knife was made by bridge loop tool not by modifying default object, no other plugins, no more modifier in Blender. All images textures were made in GIMP. Make sure model looks realistic and light enough for room scene animation or game assets. Render engine: Eevee.

Only quad in model, no N-gons, no triangulates, no vertices with more than 5 edges, other standards also meet CGtrader requirement. No mark seam during UV editing, no overlapping UV. However, I got problem with UV stretch. Please see preview image, I also attached screenshoot for verification from Kodama. Total vertices: 352. Dimension: 23 x 2 cm, Knife heel thickness: 0.2 cm (detail in preview images).

2K PBR textures: BaseColor, Roughness, Metalness, Normal.

Two materials were baked in one textures map so it is very convenient to set up. In Blender file, I already set up simple lights to render room scene. However it may be better for night time scene.

Avaiable formats: stl, obj, fbx( both embed and no embed textures). UV map, Image textures are in zip file
