This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 It is somewhat compatable with my Single Wide Trailer Home. Like it, this can go anywhere pretty much. Perfect for a trailer park. Enjoy the open floor plan. Perhaps the prime highlight for this house is its big island kitchen accompanied by the laundry room and mechanical. The master suite has a pretty sweet bathroom complete with double sinks, a jacuzzi, shower, and toilet stall with room to spare a linen closet! The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the other side of the house. Though the house has a lot of niceties, I admit it is fairly generic in comparison to most works that I've done. Well, this building is complete with stairs out front and metal skirting about the base. This is a manufactured home that came from a factory's assembly line. Enjoy this house and please rate :)
