3D Modell created in 3ds Max 2015, saved also as Max 2012 file. Materials and preview images created with Vray. Vray materials will only work like in the preview images in native format (.max), other formats need materials adjusted individually.

No textures used. Model centered at origin, objects, lights and materials named. Real world scale in cm, height 70cm, width 30cm. The model is seperated in four objects: body, fixture, shade and cable.
