This is how i start my models and how i work my way up.

I left it without uv maps , because you might not need them or they might be different from your work flow.

What i put in there for you ?

You will get:

1 Obj low-poly mesh

Ztl with 4 subdivsion level, i've added some extra wrinkles there for you to use as a guide line for the muscles and how texture will lay down there. Model is made with Zbrush 4R8 but can be use with the Zbrush 4r5 and up
