Fuselage Monocoque Test Jig for RC Aircraft Drag and Load using HX-711 Load Cell
This is a structural test fixture designed to help evaluate the stiffness and load-bearing performance of RC fuselage monocoque shells. As RC builders experiment with thinner skins, composite layering, and lightweight internal frames, having a dedicated jig for repeatable testing becomes incredibly useful.
The jig provides a stable mounting base to test bending, torsional rigidity, compression strength, and skin-frame interactions. It is dimensioned to fit small to mid-size fuselage sections and can be scaled as needed.
Originally designed and printed on an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max, the geometry is optimized for large-format FDM printing with reinforced walls to prevent flex during loading. Perfect for experimental builders, engineering students, and anyone studying RC aircraft structures.
THIS PRODUCT IS A PROTOTYPE. Need Front/Aft neck modification to insert the fuselage safely
