Some info about the engine:

electronics is relocated to front of the engine, block is mirrored over previous F1 engines, to get mgu-k on the right side, mounted from the opposite side to planetary gearbox. That means that water pump is on the place where was mgu-k before, and cooler for ICE will be on the left side of the car.

inverter is separated from battery unit, so battery can have higher capacity while still taking same amount of space as before.
electronics is cooled by dedicated water pump in the battery unit, cooler for electronics will be on the right side of the car.
no MGU-H, but turbine at the exhaust remains, it is connected with shaft directly to the compressor on the opposite side of the engine, turbine and intake are in one axis
