For import these materials in other softwares (like C4D, Blender and etc) you can use Standard FBX file.
** These are PBR materials so you can assign each one on a flat or curve plane as a wall and set it's UV. Very simple and very usefull.
** SBSAR file is included in the archive so you can create outputs in any size and any format that you need from 512 to 16K (if needed and by your system support) and change Diffuse color.
You can open SBSAR file by using Substance Player software that is a free application.
