This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a model of a Pola kit that came in a beat up box. After haggeling with the owner of the hobby shop where I bought it, I got 50% of retail. This is a shell, you can finish the interior however you want to. There is a truck loading dock on one side, and a train door on the other, at least I think that is what it is. To me, this looks like two separate buildings joined together. There is a sign board over the office door, the other half is the manufactureing area with a large exhaust pipe on the roof. The purpose of the other strucure on the roof is unknown. Finally there is an old boiler room on the side with a large propane tank in the covered area. Model came out OK. It is what it is. At least I had leftover parts for the scrap box! Bob update: K.
