This structure is modeled after a 1/2" scale doll house that I recently built. POS kit! It is 18X12X24. It looks like the doll house except that the dormer and the chimney on the left are reversed with the chimney continued downward. The bay is a completion of 2 bays on the rite on the doll house. And it also has a back wall, which the doll house does not have. Centre hall floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, living room, dining and kitchen plus an optional cellar. The doll house has much more gingerbread, which you can add if you want to. Also you can add cabinets and plumbing fixtures plus more interior detailing. I love to build models of all types, This doll house goes to my brother's daughter's daughter someday. I left it raw plywood. She is 2, so not old enough yet, I think. Have fun, there is also a shell of this structure.
