This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a great example of the farm house style in America with it's craftsman detailing, partial wraparound porch, wide chimney, and stone foundation. This house is practically the American dream with a 2 story entrance foyer, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, formal dining, morning nook, pantry, 2 living areas, 2 fireplaces, his and her closets for the master bedroom, 2 car side entry garage, basement, laundry room, and more! Heck, I've decided that the house also needed a touch of elegance so I added a red carpet for the stairs. Other details include a kitchen pantry and a microwave oven! Despite all of this of my own invention and such, the original shell actually came from Google's selection. However, compare and see that I've added countless things to it plus inventing the floorplan. I've extended the backside and rose the house up onto a raised foundation. Enjoy and please rate!
