It should be printed 1:1. Do not print with PLA since PLA will break down when exposed to UV light. The idea is to print this on a printer and stuff the inside with 43mm (1.7) square pieces of air conditioner filter (hopefully the good stuff that stops germs). When it gets used, throw out the filter material and place the cup and lid in a UV curing station and then restuff the filter and go back t work.
