Game-ready Fishing Boat asset, with PBR textures included in the files. This has 20515 polys (38404 tris) and 20583 vertices. As this is a rather old model that was repurposed for uploading, normal mesh settings in the Maya native file are set, editing them further might ruin the normal maps included.
