This fitness watch manually measures your heart rate and can calculate calories burnt during your workout based on your inputted age, weight and sex. It comes with all the normal features of a sports watch including time, date, alarm and stopwatch. You can even print the watch strap! (or use your own 19mm watchstrap and pin). Of course, this watch isn't water proof so don't forget to take it off before your post workout shower!
