In this collection, I uploaded model of an appartment with some basic furniture: bookshelf, wardrobe, microwave, fridge, bed, table, chair, toilet.

Total vertices: 4221
Topology: Some of them contain quad only, others may contain n-gons, triangulates.
UV unwrap: Fully manual, no smart UV, most of models in scene no UV overlapping, stretch UV
Dimension: Not close to dimension in real life
4K textures: Diffuse, Metalness, Roughness, Normal. Some of them may not have enough textures set, not all in 4K
Software to create textures: Blender, GIMP.
Rendering points of view: Good to render in close distance and all points of view.
Render engine: Cycles. Also support Eevee
Model building process: mostly by loop tool, not by modifying default object in Blender, Chinese script made with alpha texture.
Other info: a short animation included
Avaiable formats: glb, obj, fbx. FBX file ( no embed textures), image textures, HDRI textures are in zip files.
