simple tile design by sketch up and v-ray , use the tiles for the floor or the walls it will look good .

i added different shapes and sizes , non_textured , you can texture it but it wont be necessary , just use any material you want and it will look perfect you can add any changes you want , maybe draw any shape you like on the surface and use a different material to it .
