Here is an Arthur Rutenburg Home, a prominant builder there, known for luxury simgle family homes, this of no exception. It is my father's dream home as a matter of fact. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms, a den w/ octagonal seating area in front, high coffered ceilings, grand master suite, large sliders, a pool, screen enclosure, and an outdoor kitchen!
