With 3Ds Max and V-ray render engine you can recreate shown renders, Model is using single V-ray SSS2 Material with textures. Max, Obj and fbx file format supplied in zip format with texture files.

To recreate similar result in other software or render engine you will need to use obj or fbx file format and create Subsurface scatter material.

Please note that subsurface scatter material is very sensitive to lighting and environment setup so recreating similar renders in other software might prove challenging. Easy way around is use supplied max file and render it with V-ray or use fbx/obj with your preferred 3D software and create unique material/textures.
