Description

This model is built very near to scale, within a few inches of actual general dimensions. It has animateable ailerons, flaps, tabulator, rudder and propeller. The cockpit includes a fairly detailed instrument panel with some of the controls and instruments. The landing gear can be retracted or extended for animation. This model is fully textured and is available in 12 formats and 20 different paint schemes.

The Bowers Fly Baby is a homebuilt, single-seat, open-cockpit, wood and fabric low-wing monoplane that was designed by US aircraft designer Peter Bowers.Fly Baby first flew in 1962 and is now on display at the Museum of Flight in Seattle. Over 500 Fly Babies have been completed to date, with scores still flying worldwide and an active network of builders and owners.
