Fossili Triptych by Gumdesign

Description: Archeologists uncover an ancient stone, made of marble and metal, both tooled with great skill. There are other objects of differing geometries. Signs, symbols, sculptures bearing messages from the distant past. The marble is Bianco Carrara, with a base in a nidrall metal.

Designer: Laura Fiaschi and Gabriele Pardi are the founders of Gumdesign, a italian design studio with a broad disciplinary focus ranging from industrial and graphic design to art direction for companies and events. Gumdesign’s work always stems from a conceptual impulse generated by a concrete need. The ultimate goal is to give functional form to ideas. Collaborations includes the Biennale of Venice and Up Group. Gum is also the recipient of numerous awards, among which the Best Communicator Award 2014.
