Fully parametric revit family model of a Free Standing Bookcase. Generic Model that can be placed into any REVIT project as a free standing furniture. Can be used either as a bedroom furniture, office bookcase, living room bookcase.
Model is fully parametric. User controls all aspects of the model including width, depth, height, number of shelves, option to have a vertical separator or not, option to have an architrave with width and thickness of architrave also part of the parameters. Bottom skirting height can also be changed. Thickness of bookcase frame is also adjustable as well as the vertical separator thickness.
All materials of the model are parametric so that users can change all materials of the model. Bookcase frame, shelves material, vertical separator material, architrave material and skirting material.
The bookcase back frame has a small cutout at the bottom, for adjusting firmly against a wall avoiding the wall skirting.
