This custom-designed Friction Stir Welding (FSW) tool, created using SolidWorks, represents an innovative solution for joining materials with minimal thermal distortion. The FSW tool is designed to be used in the friction stir welding process, a solid-state welding technique that relies on heat generated by friction to soften materials, allowing them to be joined without melting.
