Welcome to your new home.
Ready-to-render digital replica of a 300 sq meter / 3,230 sq feet garden loft, complete with a high-end kitchen, two living rooms, a dining corner, a design studio, a reading corner, a manicured garden, and plenty of built-in storage.
Use the scene as a learning tool for interior visualization using 3ds Max and V-Ray, or as a showcase for your own models. You can also mine the scene as an asset collection to enrich your own project, featuring plenty of patiently crafted and textured individual models that are hard to find elsewhere.
- All modeled to real-world scale (cm) making it easy to mix and match with your own content.
- All objects and materials named logically, several complex objects are grouped for easier handling.
- Most objects textured by hand for the most realistic results.
- Hyperrealistic details such as microfibers on soft furniture and highly accurate carpets.
- While the scene is designed for V-Ray (GPU), it can easily be tweaked to work in Vantage to render in real time.
- Numerous models included: Two hyperrealistic modern sofas, design table, benches, and coffee tables, French outdoor furniture, rare and authentic Scandinavian vintage bamboo armchairs and table, retro filter coffee machine, full kitchen, fully furnished design studio with desk, books, magazine, artworks (all of them copyright free), material samples, etc.
ATTENTION
Read these warnings before buying:
- This scene is made for 3ds Max 2019 and V-ray 6. It will not open in earlier versions of Max. It may render in earlier versions of V-Ray but some features may not work, including the Chaos Scatter grass and leaves outside.
- It was built for V-Ray GPU. It will render in the CPU version but you may need to modify some materials such as bump value.
- This needs a solid graphic card to work. I rendered the provided preview images using a card with 24GB of VRAM. The scene took about 15-16 GB to render. You may be able to fit it on smaller cards with some optimization, such as using on-demand mip-mapping.
- In order to render this in Vantage, hide all the VrayFur objects. You may also replace them with Chaos Scatter objects.
- This was primarily designed as an interior scene. It does have a fully designed external environment and can also be used as such, but it isn't as meticulously built as the interior.
