This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This has basic furniture in it so you can see what the rooms are used for. Feel free to add to the collection. The train layout section are components, you can delete them if you want to use the room for other purposes. Only the shelf above the table and extension in the storage room are built in. Section in storage room was supposed to go into the Diamond yard, but I goofed on the room dimension, so it will be used as storage tracks. Haven't connected them yet. Also there is a large storage area over the bedrooms, accessed by a pull down ladder, ladder not modeled. View by turning off roof 2 layer. TY contributors.
