A futuristic looking building for background scenes in sci-fi looking Renders, Animations, Cgi ext.. This is my first project on here so please leave reviews and if you have problems with the model, please contact me and i will help you in any way I can! It comes with a sci-fi looking neon beer sign that goes pretty well with the building. So Notify me if you have problems before you notify the law ;). The Neon Sign is in its own collection so its easily hide able or deletable! The glass has see through textures so you can see inside! There is an air coditioner i modeled and if the rendered pictures look pixely it is because i was in rendered view i wasnt fully rendering out the image :) Beware the inside is very minamally modeled it is not for inside shots it can be if ou model it or work on it your self. It looks alot etter in cycles and Renderman than Eevee but you can render in Eevee. This models format is only blend unfortuantley but you can press A and then cnt+c and paste it into the project you want it in!
