High-quality, detailed 3D model of a futuristic building, ideal for your scenes/concepts. Ideal for futuristic city skylines but also detailed enough for closer shots. This model is based on my own concept, it's modeled in 3dsmax.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - 3dsmax is native software for this model. You can use it in any other 3D software as well, but you'll need to create shaders/materials with provided textures. Materials I created are fairly simple and I didn't use many textures at all, mostly procedural shaders and colors. There is a marmoset preview for you to inspect the geometry.

This model has day and night version (Corona renderer). You just need to turn on and off the self-illumination slot in Corona material.
