This small bi-level studio apartment complex features 10 enterable units. There are two room styles: Both are technically ony two rooms, but one is slightly larger and has room for a full kitchen, while the other only has room for a small kitchenette. Both have bathrooms large enough to fit a toilet, sink, and a shower or tub. There are 4 of the larger rooms and 6 of the smaller.

The .ZIP archive contains both .FBX and .GLB formats as well as full PBR textures in .PNG (color, ao, roughness, metalness, and normal maps) and pre-packaged .DDS (color, normal, and surface). All textures are raw square maps, so they can easily replaced if desired.

Notes: (1) There are no doors included, but any door will do. (2) The single largest contribitor to the polygon count are the 60 door hinges, at 7680 tris. Collision detection for these can be disabled if your engine of choice allows it.
