Everything is unwrapped as you can see on the pictures.
Total 23 Textures used on this project but you don't need to use them all some of them are alternative.
Texture resolutions from *1024x1024 to 2048x2048 *, few of them are 2K so you can easily use it on your projects.
No extra plugins is used on this model.
Door origins are set for rotation you don't need to worry about that.
