Digital 3D model of cute garden decoration - a fantasy hut on chicken legs. The model was created by scanning real thing and then carefully cleaning and processing mesh to make high quality PBR asset. Please note that the model is not designed for 3D printing.

- Model dimensions (LWH): 103,3 x 72,7 x 219,9 cm (40.7 x 28.6 x 86.6 in).
- Objects count - single watertight polygonal object.
- Model is not meant to be subdividable, although you can subdivide it several times if you want to add displacement.
- Model is made 100% of quads.
- Model is made mostly of quads and few triangles. There are no n-gons in the model.

MATERIALS
- Materials are prepared for Corona renderer.
- Materials are PBR compliant
- FBX and GLTF formats should render same, or close to preview images, asuming your 3D software supports PBR standard.
- Scanline and OBJ formats has only basic materials and will NOT render the same as in preview images.
UV COORDINATES
- The model is fully unwrapped with no overlapping
- UVs are packed into 0-1 UV space
TEXTURES
- Format - PNG and EXR
- Total count - 6
- Map types - Base colour, Roughness, Normal (OpenGL, +Y), Metallic, AO, Height (Displacement).
- Bit depth - 16 bits for Height, 8 bits for the rest.
- Resolution - 4096 x 4096 px, (solid colour textures are resized to 16 x 16 px to save space).
- Textures are collected into one archive and are delivered in a separate file.
SCENE
- Model is scaled to accurate real world dimensions.
- Objects, materials and textures have meaningful and matching names.
- Transformations has been reset and the model is placed at scene origin [0, 0, 0 XYZ].
- All texture paths are set to relative.

GENERAL
- Modeled in 3ds Max 2024 and saved to 3ds Max 2021 version for greater compatibility.
- Preview images are rendered with Corona renderer. Turntable video is rendered in Marmoset Toolbag.
- Images are straight from rendering app. No post processing was applied.
- Render scenes are not included. Garden environment visible in title image is not the part of this purchase.
