This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Well, a gas station, grocery store, and deli combination! You'll see why when you see that the building is pretty big and a reason why there are so many parking spaces. This is one of 3 Sheetz locations in Paulwall. There are 14 fueling stations total in Paulwall, some with car washes, and even some with oil change lube garages. However, this one has neither of those. However, this is a Sheetz location so you can get food ordering via touch screens and you get delicious food made to order in minutes. Also it doubles as a store to house all of the groceries you need. Great food for the go but you could sit outside. Unfortunately there are no tables inside. The fueling station is a curved canopy. I made most of the things you see here except, thanks to Google for the tables, gas pumps, wall lights, and dumpsters. Any other contributor made greenery. IGNORE the geo-locator.
