This German style looking house is good for level design and 3D-Renders or city/urban game environments; eg. Architectural Visualization or Film Animation. It is also easy to use. You got many combinations and can expand the building as you please, because of its modularity. You can also easily adjust the materials and shaders, because they are attached to the individual pieces you might want to edit.
