The archive has: 2014 MAX (Corona + VRay) + FBX + MAT (Corona + VRay) FBX and VRay files contain the geometry of grass blades and not the entire lawn. Saved .MAT file (for both Corona and VRay) for use with FBX geometry

Please note that the archive is large only because of the land maps (the Max file itself is 11 mb)
