The Greater Good does not win wars with conviction alone. Conviction is the foundation - the Horizon Battlesuit is the ceiling, and everything the enemy builds between those two points will be taken apart, piece by piece, with systematic, unhurried precision. This is not a promise. It is a category of outcome.
Piloted by veterans who have already given decades to the Higher Path and chosen to give more, the Horizon Battlesuit is the intermediate strike platform of the Cadre - large enough to absorb punishment that would end a fire warrior in a single exchange, fast enough to reposition between engagements, and armed with the kind of multi-barrel suppression systems that do not ask whether a fortified position is tenable. It already knows the answer. The twin shiels that flank it in deployment are not defensive afterthoughts - they are a philosophy made into geometry, the belief that every pilot who can be preserved will be, because experience is the one resource the Higher Path cannot manufacture quickly enough.
What makes the Horizon Battlesuit unusual is the modular logic of its design. Multiple weapon load-outs, adjustable shoulder arrays - the same chassis wears a different face in every engagement, adapts to terrain and threat without breaking the continuity of the pilot inside. The engineers who maintain these suits spend as many hours in conversation with the pilots as they do in the workshop. It is not a transaction. It is a collaboration. The suit learns the pilot's weight distribution, their preferred axis of fire, the small hesitations that precede a decision - and corrects for them gently, invisibly, until the Battlesuit and the person inside it are no longer quite two things.
On a contested world, the enemy tends to notice the infantry first. That is by design. By the time they notice the Horizon Battlesuit standing at the edge of effective range with two gun systems already aligned to their command position, the infantry have already cleared the approach.
It stands 64mm tall on a 50mm base. It assembles from modular components with full weapon and head options. On the tabletop, it fills the heavy support role for any advanced sci-fi army with authority and presence.
