The house have and unique quality texture 2048x2048.
The different textures are provided in 4 different file format: .jpg .png .tga .bmp.
The textures with the transparency like the cobweb's texture have an alpha jpg, and they already have
transparency in the png format.
The house has an unique texture to optimize the operations within the games, in this way there is
only one drawcall that improves a little the performance.
The unwrapping is not overlapping (except for the columns, in order to maintain high the quality).
The house without details has 737polys, 1519tris, 962verts, so it is also ideal for mobile games.
The house with details (cobwebs, pumpkins, coffin) has 3229polys, 6259tris, 3414verts, for more
complex games.
The model was made with 3d studio max 2010. The max file have 3 lights and 1 camera.
The archive "all_textures_only" contains all the textures with all the formats. It contains also a
psd file with the houe's texture divided in layers based on the subpoly (first_floor, second_floor,
roof and so on), that allow you to simply modify the texture.
