Haunted mansion 3D model inspired by a neo gothic villa in France.

This rich house was built in le the late 19th century by wealthy people to spend some time near the coast of the Atlantic ocean.The foundations are made of stone and walls are made of bricks. There is ivy growing on the facade. The house sits in a square garden surrounded by low walls and wrought iron gates.

Modeled with Blender 3.0 and rendered with Cycles but is available in FBX, OBJ, DAE, BLEND.

Textures are in 2K resolution. Ambiant Occlusion is not backed int the textures, it needs to be added. The color of windows and grids can be change easily.The interior is not modeled.
