Created in Cinema 4D.
Used Cinema 4D Hair tag. It can be customized in Cinema 4D, completely editable.
Created simple hair material which is available in Cinema 4D file. No plugins used.
Preset - Used Nikomedia Scene Rig preset for better render output - HDRi Sky & Background. It is not available in the project file.
A Floor & Background and Lighting setup (along with an Overhead Softbox) is made available in the project instead.
