Heat Pump Sludge Drying Machine
Introduction
Heat pump sludge low-temperature drying technology is a treatment technology for sludge drying through the circulation of dry hot air generated by the low-temperature drying system in the system. The sludge with a solid content of 20% through the plate and frame filter press, belt filter press and centrifugal dehydrator can be dried into dried mud with a solid content of 90%. The low-temperature drying technology of heat pump sludge can reduce the volume of sludge by 1/4, only needs to consume electric energy, and does not need other auxiliary energy sources, and the energy consumption is 1/3 of that of conventional drying equipment. The drawing is a solidworks assembly drawing of the heat pump system, drying system, and conveying system, including parts and cad drawings.
