The Overall Concept This asset is a massive, block-shaped commercial building designed to sit on a street corner. It represents an older department store, a warehouse, or an office block that has seen decades of city life.
Giant Blank Billboards The most useful feature for game developers is the pair of huge, blank white panels mounted on the corner walls. These are perfect canvases where you can place your own custom advertisements, graffiti, or propaganda posters to fit your game's story.
Wrap-Around Street Awning At the ground level, a curved dark grey awning (canopy) wraps around the entire corner. This detail shelters the storefront windows below and adds a distinct silhouette that separates the retail space from the offices above.
