This low-poly European/Soviet building pack includes 54 custom made buildings, along with 5 sets of modular tiles that allow you to easily create your own unique buildings. By changing the materials, you can further personalize the appearance of the buildings.
The 19 included materials are easily editable and interchangeable in the Blender material menu, allowing for even more personalization.
The 54 buildings provided can be easily moved, duplicated and placed to create unlimited combinations for your City.
The window shutters are parented to the modular tiles but are separate objects. This way, you can easily control their aperture by adjusting the parameters in the array modifier for each shutter in the scene.
The polygon count for the 54 buildings is 4,639,746, while the polygon count for just one set of tiles is 2,247.
The scene includes the cameras and floor used for the renderings in a separated collection.
The model was created in Blender but is also available in the following file formats: .blend (NATIVE), .obj (mtl file included), .fbx, and .stl.
High-quality textures from ambientcg.com are also provided in a zip folder, but they are already packed in the .blend file and ready to use.
