comes with 16bit 8K color and 32 bit float 8K normal and height maps, all in tiff format.

5 LOD's are also included, from 2048x2048 to 64x64 resolution in obj format, but of course you can choose the resolution you want by applying the 8K heightmap to a plane, with a theoretical maximum resolution of 67.108.864 vertices.
