Historic Red Clay Brick CAD Library – 166 Variants (SOLIDWORKS)
This library provides a professionally structured set of 166 red clay brick components modeled for historically accurate representation of late 20th-century North American masonry construction. All components are delivered as native SOLIDWORKS parts generated from a controlled parametric model, with:
- Consistent geometry and naming
- Assigned part numbers (e.g., LD-P-AEC-1981-###### format)
- Period-appropriate ASTM material properties
- Mortar-ready configurations for common bond patterns
- Organized groupings by size (King, Queen, Norman, Modular, etc.)
Scope:
- Solid bricks
- Standard weight
- Smooth face
- Red clay
- No keying
- Coring <25% of bed area
- Includes multiple dimensional standards (King, Queen, Norman, etc.)
Use Cases:
- Architectural documentation
- Historic restoration modeling
- BIM libraries
- ArchViz environments
- Digital twins of legacy structures
