In the blender version, you can turn off subsurface modifiers to get a low poly version. All materials are PBR. Fully compatible with Eeevee renderer as well as Cycles. Includes .45 caliber ammo from Federal. This model is extremely detailed. It even has rifling on the barrel as it is intended for photorealism.
